Capacity Development

Tadbeer master trainers transfer the skills and aptitudes necessary for sustainable development through training and capacity building programs. We have developed a unique coaching and mentoring program that is heavily focused on the practical application of skills in the workplace, supported by Tadbeer trainers. As such, our training programs are specifically designed to address the needs of our clients and their environment. Our methodology focuses on experiential learning: we work closely with our clients to arrive at the right blend of knowledge, skills and aptitudes required to equip a new generation of development actors with just the right tools to succeed. For example, Tadbeer has signed a long-term commitment with GIZ to build the capacity of provincial government employees in Uruzgan.
