SERVICES
Tadbeer will engage in three main areas of work: research, consultancy and capacity building.
1:. Research: Tadbeer aims to conduct tangible, comprehensive, and results-oriented surveys, interviews, cost-benefit analyses, socio-economic assessments, evaluations, appraisals and impact assessments. Tadbeer’s methodology will be guided by a participatory inclusive approach in order to elicit genuine Afghan voices. The research agenda will be driven by a focus producing actionable, policy-informing quality research that reflects Afghan realities.
2:. Consultancy: Tadbeer is providing consultancy services to policy makers, whether government officials, donors, or the broader community of development actors. These services will aim to improve policy by advising strategy formulation, development, and monitoring and evaluation. In short, these consultancy services will apply the research knowledge in a policy environment.
3:. Capacity Building: Tadbeer works to pass on the skill sets and aptitudes for sustainable development through training and capacity building targeted to the needs of its clients and their environment. Tadbeer’s methodology will focus on experiential learning and will work closely with its clients to arrive at the right blend of knowledge, skills and attitudes that will equip a new generation of development actors with just the right tools to succeed.
