Research: TADBEER conducts tangible, comprehensive and result-oriented surveys, reviews, cost analyses and socio-economic assessments, evaluations, appraisals and impact assessments through an inclusive approach in order to elecit genuine Afghan voices. The research agenda is focused on producing actionable, policy-informing quality research that reflects Afghan realities.
Consultancy: TADBEER provides consultancy services to policy makers, weather government officials, donors, or the broader community of development actors. The purpose of these services is to improve policy by advising strategy formulation, development, monitoring and evaluation.
Capacity Building: TADBEER works to pass on the skill sets and aptitudes for sustainable development through training and capacity building targeted to the needs of its clients and their environment. We work closely with our clients in order to arrive at the right blend of knowledge, skills and attitudes to equip a new generation of development actors with the right tools to succeed.
Who are we?
TADBEER's team is lead by Mr. Mohammed Ehsan Zia, the former minister of Afghan Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD). Mohammad. Zia (the current CEO of TADBEER Consulting) holds a degree in Post-War Reconstruction Studies from the University of York in UK. He has more than three decades of experience in design and managment of humanitarian, development and governance programs and policies, and has authored extensively on these subjects. read more »
